Hardware

Fitting: Domestic Chinese brand of good quality: Topcent, DTC, Bogeweisi, or well-known German brand, Hettich, Blum, Hafele, Grasshopper ect.

Antirust

All rails & posts to be double dowelled, screwed & glued in place.Glides/Levelers/Casters: Nylon Glides All hardware (screws, hinges, bolts, etc) must be high quality 304# stainless steel & rust free.

Stability

Metal construction: Mild steel with all joint welded braised and polished. Provide proper support for size of specified piece to avoid racking and twisting. Base to be weighted to avoid toppling.

Glass

Provide with 5mm-10mm clear or tinted tempered overlay glass top with polished edge all around. Table manufacturer to provide template of top to glass supplier as needed. Provide with small clear discs to support the glass top.

Conjunction

Insure that table, sofa and armchair are reviewed in conjunction with one another to insure that heights and proportions are correct.

Supporting

Manufacturer/fabricator: Shall coordinate fabrication of top and base. Base must be properly weighted to support the top.

Fireproofing

Fire retardant construction throughout.
