Plywood is stronger and more durable in heat and humid environments, while the melamine paper surface and fine edge bandings further enhance its ability to resist moisture and prevent the headboard from rotting.
Strong Headboard Made with Plywood and Melamine Surface
The headboard is made with E1 plywood – which is stronger and more durable than regular particle boards. It works great in coast cities, where humity could be troublesome and reduce the liftcycle of furniture products. The melamine paper, which is compressed on plywood panels, furniture enhaced the headboard’s ability to resist moisture. The products would last for decades under good maintenance.
Large Size Wall Headboard – Simply but Beautiful
Our customer in the Philippines customized the headboard to be 4.7 meters wide, covering one side of the entire room. This design makes the room beautiful and brings a natural feel. It is minimalist in design, but considering its size, it is more like a wall panel rather than a bed headboard. The back of the panel is strengthened with wood bars, making it stronger and more stable despite its large size.
